We warmly invite you to join Master Dianwu’s 10-Session Course on Mindfulness of Breathing, a systematic and deeply rooted introduction to the practice of Ānāpānasati, the Buddha’s teaching on mindfulness of in-breathing and out-breathing. This course gently guides participants through the progressive stages of breath meditation, beginning with simple awareness of the natural breath and gradually deepening into greater calm, clarity, and insight. Across ten sessions, participants will learn how to establish mindfulness, steady the mind, recognize and overcome obstacles, and cultivate balance in both meditation and daily life. The course introduces not only the practical method of observing the breath, but also the supportive foundations for genuine practice: right posture, ethical grounding, proper effort, wise guidance, and continuity of training. As the sessions unfold, practitioners are guided from coarse awareness to subtler stages of concentration, learning how mindfulness of breathing becomes a path to tranquility, wisdom, and inner transformation.
