You don’t need to bring anything special. You may bring a water bottle if you like. Meditation cushions are available at the centre.

Yes. Many people come on their own. The environment is quiet, welcoming, and beginner-friendly.

Yes. Our beginner sessions are 100% free as a service to the North York community.
